Heard of this idea by sayin' that the Road Transportation Department should install a gadget on every car to monitor the owner's car installment. Whenever the owner did not make his payment, the gadget will be activated and turn off the engine automatically. You can only restart your car once you make the payment.
Whether this is something new to look for in the future, or probably not...... nevertheless is another field to explore.
